The Carroll County Parks representative informed me recently when I inquired about the status of BJM Park, that Splost money is extremely low, therefore they don't have a timeframe for the construction and completion of the park, but were in the process of beginning to assess the trails that are already on the Mountain. She stated that it would be more fiscally feasible to just to improve trails currently there.
